Title IX/Sexual Misconduct
Understanding Student Adjudication Procedures in Sexual Violence, Stalking, and Sexual Harassment Cases
Because of the university’s special obligations in cases of sexual harassment or sexual violence, student behavior that allegedly involves sexual misconduct is investigated and adjudicated using the process described in the UC SVSH Student Adjudication Framework.
For all other adjudication procedures, see Administration of the Standards of Conduct.
- Additional information about sexual violence and response at UCR is available at the Title IX Office and in the Sexual Violence and Sexual Assault FAQ.
